Review heating-season check scope.
Heating operation, controls, airflow, electrical components, and equipment-specific safety checks should be discussed for the installed system. A furnace and a heat pump have different service needs; confirm which checks and visits the chosen plan includes.
Supply replacement filters.
Filter check and replacement use customer-provided filters only. Customers must supply replacement filters; filters are not included in maintenance plans. Confirm the appropriate size and compatibility before the visit rather than assuming that any filter will suit the equipment.
