StayCool labor
2 years is the stated StayCool labor term for Foundation. Labor is separate from manufacturer parts and replacement coverage. Review the written StayCool labor agreement for covered work, exclusions and conditions.
Manufacturer protection
The GLZS4B outdoor family advertises 10-year parts limited coverage for eligible registered equipment. Advertised extended coverage in Texas requires registration within 60 days of installation; the applicable certificate controls.
The manufacturer product page does not advertise outdoor unit replacement for this model. Do not assume this benefit applies.
Parts coverage does not automatically include labor, refrigerant, freight or modifications. Indoor equipment, coil, furnace and controls have separate applicable certificates.
