Manufacturer protection & StayCool labor
The DH9VS manufacturer specification advertises 12-year parts limited coverage and 12-year conditional outdoor unit replacement for eligible registered equipment. Registration within 60 days of installation and annual maintenance are required for advertised extended coverage; the applicable warranty certificate governs all conditions and exclusions.
StayCool labor: 12 years. This separate StayCool labor coverage is included with Premier. Review the written StayCool labor agreement for covered work, exclusions and conditions. Equipment, matched ratings and all applicable coverage are subject to the written proposal and warranty documentation.
